Disqualification of ACEGEAR TEMPEST

Following a review of recent roster changes, we regret to announce that ACEGEAR TEMPEST has been disqualified from the PRO SERIES.

The team was initially granted approval to replace 'rzonkil', who was deemed ineligible due to non-compliance with the mandatory player requirements. However, their chosen substitute, VASQUEZ, was banned by Riot Games just one hour after joining the PRO SERIES Discord server, which made him ineligible immediately.

Furthermore, ACEGEAR TEMPEST had already used their permitted roster transfer by replacing 'YoungOne' with 's0Nn4'. As 's0Nn4' is suspended until 14 September, the team could not meet the required 3/5 DACH residency rule.

Due to these violations and the team’s inability to comply with the rules regarding roster eligibility, ACEGEAR TEMPEST will not be able to continue in the PRO SERIES. Their place will be awarded to the third-place finisher of the Last Chance Qualifier, NO OFFENSE, who will now advance to the league.

While these steps were necessary to uphold the integrity of the competition, we deeply regret having to make this decision. ACEGEAR TEMPEST conducted themselves with nothing but professionalism throughout the process, and we view this outcome as the result of an unfortunate sequence of events.
